We are caring and experienced professionals with many years of experience in the area of supports coordination services. PFSC staff are knowledgeable of a multitude of county resources and services within the Intellectual Disability and Autism System. We have an appreciation for the individual’s needs, desires, choices, control and self determination. As a private organization our first loyalty is to you. We currently support over 1000 individuals within South Eastern Pennsylvania.

Getting to Know Us
Roni VanDagna: Co-Founder
After graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Roni went on to work for Chester County MH-IDD for thirteen years. Consistently recognized as a valuable addition to the staff, she was repeatedly promoted during her tenure working her way up from Supports Coordinator to ultimately Manager of the MH-IDD Supports Coordination Organization overseeing daily operations, twenty two Chester County case managers and supervisors that served 800 consumers.
Recognizing the need for a premier supports coordination provider in the southeast region, Roni partnered with Jen Brodie and co-founded People First in 2012.
Her functional title, Director of the Supports Coordination Organization allows her to work with state level entities such as the Office of Developmental Programs and advocate not only for People First Supports Coordination consumers but all individuals with intellectual disabilities in Pennsylvania State. Roni is also happily married and a mother of two boys.
Jen Brodie: Co-Founder
As an entrepreneur Jen focused on growing the family graphics and printing business for a number of years before going on to college. Upon graduating from Cabrini, she went to work for the County of Chester and during her tenure she worked her way up to the Supervisor level.
Drawing from her previous experience as both a businesswoman and county supervisor, she collaborated with Roni to form their own Supports Coordination Organization – People First – focusing on the individual and family. Jen lives in Phoenixville and enjoys spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
